Lifelong Partnership

Collaboration with iLEAP Fellows and Graduates as iLEAP International Faculty

Collaboration and networking is one of the key areas of the International Fellowship program. Along these lines, iLEAP anticipates a lifetime collaboration and partnership with the Fellows and future graduates.  Upon graduation from the Fellowship program, iLEAP Fellows become International Faculty members.  Through this distinction, iLEAP plans for collaboration through several partnerships.  As an iLEAP International Faculty member, you will be able to host Taking the LEAP students and also play a vital role in cultivating the future of the program. iLEAP also supports its International Faculty members by working as partner to develop their social change efforts. This collaboration may involve:

  • Support to develop and strengthen the relationships with Seattle-based institutions and individuals with international faculty members;
  • Based on the need and the brief information provided by the faculties on their projects, recommend them to concerned donors/stakeholders;
  • Receipt and facilitation of funds and/or donations to support the projects of faculty members;
  • Support students who are participating in the Taking the LEAP program, to develop projects with international faculty members;
  • Building an international network of iLEAP International Faculty members and organize regular meetings;
  • Publication and dissemination of the activities on social change of iLEAP International Faculty through newsletters, social networking, workshop and seminars.
